Beware of AC6023 LLC
Former Tenant
Pros:
Not a thing.
Cons:
The landlord of this building is a faceless company called AC6023 LLC. In order to sign a lease they require you to purchase a Tenant Rental Bond from a third party company regardless or your income and credit qualification, which allows them to disavow financial and legal responsibility. Said lease contains several illegal terms and they threaten to withhold your security deposit if you do not abide by them.
