Former Tenant
Pros:
I liked that it was cheaper option, but not worth for living long, very limited space, absolutely insane neighbor who smashed doors made parties vomited over stairs he even settled up on fire backyard and police never managed him as well as landlord, becoming dangerous to live there so we gave up on our cheap rent and moved to new home Absolutely annoying thing is that theyre is never solved problem of pest, Roaches, mouse, and landlord only comes to pickup rent otherwise he doesn’t care what’s going on there
Cons:
I liked that it was cheap for first, then i liked back yard, i liked parking there is not under cleaning schedule so if you park you are good, but late night if you leave you might not be able to park again. I liked it was looking new applications walls ,and space for storage in the basement, but all the other neighbors also have access and i my stuff was stoled several times.
Advice to owner:
Remember that landlord is not going to kick you even if you will not pay, because there were always people living not paying their rent but it always took over half year legally to remove them from there
