Sketchy landord and non stop construction because of malfunctioning balconies.

Pros:
Suburban home, 2 floors with balconies. Nice neighbors
Cons:
Leaks, bugs, mold, carpet beetle infestation. The balconies were torn down twice in my two years living there- Landlord hires random people to do illegal construction and tells you to ignore when the DOB comes knocking. The balconies are already collecting water and sinking again- be careful!!! Bad traffic/ emissions because of highway. Sketchy landlord who plays dumb because she’s old… but lies and manipulates tenants- just be aware. You will do trash and maintain the building because she won’t as her daughter is always “in hospital”. She is “dumb as a fox”. Daughter is very aggressive - perfect for someone short term who doesn’t have nice things or a job and can help the landlord maintain the building. She will blow you up non stop. “Peaceful enjoyment” is not a right here.
Advice to owner:
Hire a super and professionals to do construction. Dont lie and be honest with good tenants.
