It’s not worth
Former Tenant
Pros:
Next to playground, sort of close to queens mall and public transportation and LIE. There are balconies on 2 and 3 floors.
Cons:
No access to backyard. Always have to fights centipedes that are coming from basement or outside. Once had problem - mice, had to patched the holes on my own. very loud neighbors on Friday / Saturday nights ( they can party till 4am)- police can’t stop them. No nearby parking at night, or you gotta be very lucky. Heat is horrible - you need to have your own heater which is extra expense from coned. The landlord doesn’t keep his promises that consider investing like changing the doors. Kitchen is old, and needs to be completely changed. Too expensive for what a tenant is getting , it’s not worth it.
