Building superintendent Tony is a con
Former Tenant
Pros:
It is convenient to train station and mall
Cons:
The super will charge u $2000 just to pocket for himself and then first month rent and deposit. Then he will keep on threatening you to pay him during Christmas and other holidays. The only reason we have to is because the apt is not under our name because we don't have income proof. Stay away from Antonio or they call him TONY.
Advice to owner:
Need to change the superintendent of the building, Antonio is a con
