Former Tenant
Pros:
- good amenities (laundry in building, most have dishwashers, elevator) - area has a lot of shopping, dining, transportation - doormen who secure packages
Cons:
- rats and rodent problem is persistent (I’ve been here 2 years) - the road noise can be a lot - heat this past winter was almost non existent. They have since made upgrades to the units allowing us to control the thermostat - dogs in the building are very very loud
