Responsive landlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
Landlord is generally responsive to all inquiries
Cons:
The building is super old so you can hear everything. The neighbors all have very different schedules so it's not for the light sleepers. The house condition isn't too great either but the slightly lower rent compensates for it.
Advice to owner:
You should renovate at least every 10-15 years because certain things are falling apart or don't work as intended.
