It could be better

Pros:
Good Heat in the Winter
Cons:
Cockroaches everywhere, garbage chute is a mess, management extremely unresponsive never answers emails because they don’t want a paper trail, and brush off phone calls.
Advice to owner:
Do more than the bare minimum please.

The Super is very responsible and friendly on call 24/7
Cons:
There is one nosy tenant on the third floor
Advice to owner:
Super and Porter works very hard take care of them
