Great location, but...

Close to 63rd Dr. near supermarkets and shops
5 min walk from subway
10 min walk from Queens center mall
Decent laundry room
Pretty safe neighborhood with excellent elementary school behind building
Cons:
Cigarette smoke seeps through walls easily
Hard to find parking at times
No garage
Can’t control heat in winter
Management company is a headache to work with

Smoking Noisy Contamination Parking spots are limited if you park on streets
Advice to owner:
Check for over night noise people work with heavy machines over night. Some neighbors throw out construction material threw windows
