Super does nothing and management too
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good neighborhood with shops and trains in walking distance. Laundry in building and generally always working.
Cons:
Neighbors don’t care about each other and if noise levels are too high super and management don’t do anything. You’re left to suffer and move.
Any issues the management company Miller & Miller says to move out if you don’t like.
Advice to owner:
Fire the super and get someone who does their job. As the super and podo not get along. And mange
