It's...fine? It's fine. But there's bugs.
Former Tenant
Pros:
It's a good location near the subway stop. Parts of the apartment seem like they are recently remodeled.
Cons:
Extreme and relentless roach problem in the kitchen. I'm exhausted from the constant vigilance. Also the landlord (unit owner) wants us to pay rent in cash which definitely feels unsafe and a little illegal?
Advice to owner:
Communication is really difficult--it's not clear who to contact with maintenance (or insect) problems.
