Pros:
Nice neighbors, good location
Cons:
The owner is a jerk who takes poor care of the place. Lots of garbage strewn about that has attracted rodents and bed bugs.

Good place. Just needs to improve management.

Pros:
Great location. Landlord is reasonable. Pets are allowed.
Cons:
You have to walk your garbage out to the back. Maintenance team lacks effort. Hallways are always dirty even through pandemic and the traffic from woodhaven Blvd can get very annoying in the summer.
Advice to owner:
Please have your super/maintenance team actually clean the building.
