Keep shining brightly

Pros:
Location is great, everything is in the walking distance, post office, library, transportation, shopping molls, restaurants, and all kinds of services.
Cons:
Old squeaky floors, so you can hear neighbors from above walking, talking, or having fun.
Advice to owner:
Please, do not raise rent for the tenants who live in the building over 25 years. Thank you.
