    Building is a rot
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Nice view of NYC skyline
    Cons:
    Horrible management; elevator always broken; dirty, filthy stairwells, the super is rude and obnoxious; some tenants are scary.
    Advice to owner:
    Loser for not taking care of your property
