The only problem is the super
Former Tenant
Pros:
The neighbors are nice
Cons:
if you have any problems in the apartment, then the easiest way is to solve them yourself. if you tell the super to fix the problem, then you will have to wait at least a couple of months, or even more. he is always "busy", although the neighbors are waiting for him too. he monitors the lawn and cleanliness in the entrance, but as far as the apartments are concerned, here he is not able. But what makes me even more outraged is the way he communicates with the tenants. From the first time it seems that he is cute, but on each specific occasion, he is as rude and impolite as possible. sometimes it makes me crazy.
Advice to owner:
I think super needs a break. he is not doing his job, or hi is just lazy. and I also advise him to learn politeness with strangers!

6615 wetherole st
Former Tenant
Pros:
It’s in nice neighborhood
Cons:
Extremely expensive, the super doesn’t take effective steps right away if something is needed to be fixed. He always shows excuses saying he’s busy.
Advice to owner:
Should be more responsible. Should take fast initiative while something needs to be done.
