Cons:
-ROACHES -Extreme difficulty reaching the landlord -Water damage leading to floor, wall, mold, and dust issues -DELAYED REPAIRS -Lack of hot water for extended period of time -Gas and water leaks -Excessively high heat settings -Low water pressure at move-in -Lighting issues -Non-functional intercom -Various other requests that were ignored -Apartment not ready at move-in
One of the biggest mistakes I've made was moving in here
