Decent Building, Bad Neighbors and Mgmt

Pros:
Apt size is very good, elevator building, laundry in building
Cons:
Bad Neighbors, Unorganized package system, Mgmt unresponsive and shady, unresponsive super, elevators often broken
Advice to owner:
Hire competent super, be up front about issues
