Poor management

Pros:
Some of the apartments are spacious with a lot of sunlight.
Close to public transportation.
Cons:
Building is quite old and not well taken care of.
Laundry is not clean and machines are really old and still require coins.

Super is not responsible and would rather forget than fix. If you had an issue you would need to go and bother him every day and he will promise to come mañana and then next Monday, then Thursday and Saturday after that.

Be ready to see paint over anything, even a wet leak, or silicone if it can’t be painted.

A big issue might easily take 2-6 months to get fixed.
Advice to owner:
Please be more efficient and take care of the building, renovate hall and the floors, renovate and clean laundry room, update machines.
