Not a bad place
Former Tenant
Pros:
Easy access to subway lots of doctors in the area. Good shopping on Austin, close to good variety of foods.
Cons:
Half the apartments (the C and D units) face the LIRR and are not great when trains run though at all hours of day. Property managers need to respond to tenants better.
Advice to owner:
Loose the attitude when people call for repairs.
