Nice place to live with a few things that bring down quality of life

Generally nice, respectful people
Good location
Cons:
Floors and ceilings are unbelievably thin. All footsteps are heard and if your lucky some conversations.
Roach problem required lots of trap. And mice.
Lots of loud dogs you can hear from other apartments

Pros:
I've been here for a number of years and find it convenient and well managed. The super is conscientious and helpful.
Cons:
There are a lot of dogs in the building now and some of them can be loud.

Thin ceiling and noisy kid upstairs

Spacious rooms, very close to subway
Cons:
Ceiling is paper thin and kid upstairs runs around non-stop. Horrible experience and moved out ASAP.

Cons:
The Super is beyond lazy. Management is completely unresponsive, drastically raised rent. Multiple major leaks that were not fixed properly.

Laundry room is filthy, nothing is ever cleaned, rodents and roach infestation, unresponsive super and management, leaks all the time, they hire careless maintenance (painters, plumbers, repairmen, etc)
