Another dirty coop
Former Tenant
Pros:
The area is nice a lot of stores and cafes
Cons:
The walls are thin so that you can hear neighbors. Filthy laundromat room and machines; no one has cleaned them for a thousand years. Cockroaches, even tho I keep my apartment very clean
Advice to owner:
Clean the building and laundry room!!!

Enjoyed my time here
Former Tenant
Pros:
Enjoyed my time living here. perfect location to Austin street, train, and walks in Forest hills gardens. Very friendly and welcoming staff and doormen. Pet friendly.
Cons:
During colder months the heat was not very powerful even with a cover on AC unit. Believe this might be due to not the strongest insulation on older windows.
Walls are thin, however my floor was overall pretty quiet so wasn't a problem for me.
Advice to owner:
Looking into making units more insulated to keep in heat.

Great location. Good building.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Here’s the good stuff: Location. Doorman. Super. Porter. Location. Transportation. Location. Responsive owner. Location. Laundry room.
Cons:
Some really unhinged neighbors who made me feel unsafe. Issues with heat and hot water. Some disrepair in the laundry room and elevator. Nothing terrible.
Advice to owner:
Give all the staff a huge raise. Maybe fix up the laundry. I don’t know how you would get a handle on the residents who are really disruptive.
