Nice Area, Poor Building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Our apartment was renovated, our neighbors are fairly quite, the building is in a great location, parking is fairly easy.
Cons:
The first year we lived here, the dryers did not work, there are not enough washers and dryers for the whole building, the heat is very inconsistent. Building management is very slow and hesitant to fix problems. The contractors who renovated the apartment did a poor quality job, there are cracks throughout our kitchen floor. The painting is often peeling. There have been many problems with leaks and water damage.
Advice to owner:
Respond to your tenants, don't ignore them, fix problems instead of letting them get worse.
