Some real assholes ruining it for everybody

Pros:
Reasonable rent, utilities reliable, superintendent is great even though owners dgaf.
Cons:
No dealing with antisocial behavior from neighbors. One mean old couple have their TV blaring All Day Long and into the night - no doing anything about it. You can hear them in the lobby, let alone if you're unfortunate enough to be on their floor. One family with a mess of teenage boys lets them run wild and they're shouting and fighting and generally being obnoxious in the lobby every day after school.
Advice to owner:
Do something about your problem tenants.

Pros:
The building is well maintained by a friendly super. Most people in the building are friendly enough for small talk.
Cons:
It’s an older building, so repairs are common.
