Owner Managed lack of responsibility

Pros:
Close to transportation Great bakery around the corner Some great neighbors
Cons:
Owner managed but lack of responsibility Poor cleaning Poor water pressure Poor garbage maintenance Lack of heat and hot water The owner made his daughter the Super of the building but all she does is sleep and smoke weed all day. The place smells awful Lacking updates Rent check only interest the owner
Advice to owner:
Hire a manager and real super to maintain the building

Awesome little building

Owner was always attentive when called and addressed every problem we would have.
Cons:
No street parking or garage for tenants cars.
