Not well maintained and managed

Pros:
Lobby is nice
Cons:
Holes and cracks all over the building. Management doesn’t want to fix anything and charges tenants for repairs. Increases rent and maintenance every year for past 5 years
Advice to owner:
Stop being greedy and money hungry
