Quiet, incredibly beautiful neighborhood Spacious Basement is where the bedrooms are which means no train noise and darkness which I love Closet space galore Beautiful kitchen and bathrooms
You CAN hear neighbors footsteps in the lower apt and its is loud when they climb stairs.
