Big, pre war apartments
Former Tenant
Pros:
I’ve been here a very long time and I like that the neighbors are friendly (most of them), the super is always responsive, kind, and helpful, and the apartments are big because they are pre war.
Cons:
I don’t like that there is no garbage can in the mail area. There was one many years ago and it was great to be able to just throw away those flyers and junk mailings you get right away. I find a lot of people leave them in the mail area now and it makes it look a little messy.
Advice to owner:
Keep doing what you’re doing. All the people in the building that have lived here a long time say you’re a very nice person (which you don’t often hear about property owners!).
