Hardly any complaints.

Pros

No upstairs neighbors. Location. LIRR right in our backyard, yet not disturbing. 9 minute walk to nearest subway (E and F). Newly renovated appliances. Gut renovation 1 year old. Lots of closet space.

Cons

Water temperature was a problem. It is either torrid or frigid. Sometimes good temperature. Pigeons gather around the doorway so ground is pooped most of the time. The radiators are weird. Work when they want to.

Advice to the owners

Check up more on your tenants. Ms Ashley Washington was amazing. The new guy not so much.
