roach infestation problems

Pros:
The building is in a great area and the apartments are quite big with high ceilings.
Cons:
It has a serious roach infestation and the building management does not take it seriously.
Advice to owner:
Get a roach service that does the job properly.

The landlord put better lighting in the hall. There is a good super and porter
Cons:
The landlord and his agents are rude, pushy and not truthful.
