Do your own research!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Spacious layout and lots of natural night. Tree-lined street and quiet neighborhood. Neighbors are nice and friendly. Laundry in the basement and building is clean.
Cons:
Elevators always broke down and not enough laundry units for the size of the building. Cannot stress enough: Do your own research on the owners, building management, and brokerage!
Advice to owner:
Hire people who can at least pretend to be nice.
