Good Building Ruined By Bad Neighbors
Former Tenant
Pros:
I loved the spacious apartment and lower rent. Super was amazing and management worked with me on lease issues. I would rent from the management company again (they have some good buildings in the neighborhood).
Cons:
Laundry room disgusting because of bad pet owners and generally selfish people. As good people moved out, rude people with loud dogs moved in. Constant barking and urine everywhere.
Advice to owner:
Invest in better laundry facility and enforce rules regarding noise.

Least responsive management everr
Former Tenant
Pros:
Lobby and other common areas clean. Apartments are large and some have updated kitchen or bath or both updated.
Cons:
I suspected a mold problem because I had trouble breathing and had terrible allergy symptoms. I could only stay in apt with all windows open and had to sleep in my kitchen. And when I left the apt most of my symptoms got better. I told management and they took weeks to respond. They did minimal testing which they said showed no problems. I continued to be really sick and my doctor found mold antibodies to several types of mold and I had developed lung inflammation. I tested the air quality and found the same mold types found by blood testing. My doctor told me it would endanger my health to be in that apt without remediation. Submitted tests to the landlord and they still refused to do anything.
I have spent thousands of dollars in doctors visits and rent for an apartment I can’t live in. This management company is the worst.
I had read reviews that the management company for this building was terrible and unresponsive. At the time I thought what could go wrong? So much could go wrong. Beware of this company. Don’t rent from them or you will regret it.
Advice to owner:
Fix problems when your tenant brings it to your attention.
