Good Beginners Place
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great Space at an affordable price, perfect hidden location. Parking is usually easily found. Pre war therefore everything is antique and large, walls are so thick you cant hear anything.
Cons:
There was an incident with a mouse however owner was quick to respond, super was quick to take care of it and exterminator was called. Once hole was professionally sealed I never saw anything again.
Advice to owner:
Finished basement, some light of some sort would be great, going down to do laundry is a little scary, dark, and creepy.

Wish the super owned it
Former Tenant
Pros:
Big apartments, LOVELY super/his family, lots of friendly neighbors, on same block as E/F subway, CVS, Starbucks, dunkin, liquor store, grocery store.
Cons:
Landlord is impossible to get ahold of, have never been able to contact them successfully. Have tried calling, emailing, including letters with rent checks, nothing. Laundry machines in the basement are broken and your clothes come out smelly and covered in soap.
Advice to owner:
Contact your tenants when they’re trying to reach you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
