Worst Building Ever!

Pros:
Spacious, close to the subway, clean for the most part.
Cons:
Walls, floors and ceilings are paper thin. You can hear absolutely EVERYTHING. Doesn’t matter if you have rugs or how softly you walk, you can hear people walking hard, talking, playing muisc, literally EVERYTHING. The people below you complain about everything even though we are barely ever home. You can hear the people next door and they can hear you. You will most like have problems with your next door neighbor, your upstairs neighbor and your downstairs neighbor. It’s awful. Worst building I’ve ever lived in. Can’t wait for the lease to be over so I can move. Also, most people have dogs so you hear that above you. Dogs running, jumping, crashing into furniture. You hear dogs barking ALL day long at ALL hours of the day. The worst is in the early mornings.. 5-6 AM. Just don’t do it. It’s not worth it. Rent is overpriced for all of the cons. There is just no peace here. Management never responds to complaints.
Advice to owner:
FIX THE FLOORS! Add some insulation to the walls, floors and ceilings. Rent is way too high to be so stressed.
