Dingy and gross
Former Tenant
Pros:
When there was a leak they tried to fix it
Cons:
Landlord illegally hooked up gas. When the gas company found out we were left without heat during a polar vortex. They did nothing about the issue until the city councilor was contacted. Hallways were filthy and never cleaned, front door was basically busted, stunk of smoke and air freshener from first floor tenants
