Landlord doesn’t bother you or show up
Cons:
A lot of the things wrong with the building do not get fixed or take forever to get fixed. Not enough ventilation in bathrooms, mold up and even after cleaning on a constant bases bugs were starting to show up from the pipes.
example: ceiling of my apartment had a leak and it was never fixed and i was living with mold growing on my ceiling.
Advice to owner:
Learn to be flexible with tenants, most of your lease are illegal specially the basements that are rented out as rooms.

Landlord rarely responds Keeps deposit, although never resolved issues prior to move in Left apartment in better condition than move in
