Slumlords John and Peter Gonzales
Former Tenant
Pros:
Deli next door, the women are nice.
Cons:
The owner. The paper thin walls. The doors never close. Theres always Airbnb people running in and out. The floors are gross. You can hear EVERYTHING throughout the whole building because it was made cheaply. The rent is extortion. You live with an old ass lady upstairs that thinks she’s in charge but is not. The fire department evicted everybody because these slumlords were running illegal rooms.
Advice to owner:
Don’t make illegal rooms. Give your tenants a window. DONT HOLD ON TO SECURITY DEPOSITS like an immoral illegal slumlord. Be a better person. Own up to your mistakes. Stop treating being a landlord like its your job and get a real job. Why don’t you actually contribute to society huh?
