Greenrock Management is the worst

Pros:
The building is nice and renovated
Cons:
Management is AWFUL! They are unresponsive; they ignored my email when I said I was moving out, our gas went out and it took them a month to get it turned back on, they aren’t good at tending to repairs, and do not care about their tenants other than collecting a check. They threatened to kick us out when we didn’t fill the third room even though it was their job to do that, and they weren’t advertising the room.
