landlord is not nice
Former Tenant
Pros:
The renovations done to the kitchen were gorgeous
Cons:
Landlord is incredibly unfriendly and will make you cry. The wife is very sweet but the husband is not nice at all. They advertise the apartments as two beds but one bedroom does not have a window, making it illegal as a bedroom. They will cheat you out of your security deposit for something as small as not dusting the top of the ceiling fans, even though we could not reach them on our own and there was no ladder provided to us.
Advice to owner:
Not making your tenants cry would be a good first step

Be prepared to lose money on your security deposit when you move out
Former Tenant
Pros:
Has A/C, dishwasher and a heater in the bathroom (during cold season)
Cons:
Landlord does the fixing himself. Likes to fix things when the time is convenient for himself. When moving out...if it’s not spotless be prepared for them to take it out the security along with any other “damages” which would be considered normal wear and tear at properties run by building management.
