Pretty on outside- broken inside
Former Tenant
Pros:
Beautiful and modern construction, dishwasher, laundry in apartment basement. Electric heat and air conditioning. Good starter apartment for young folks who want to live with roommates.
Cons:
They paired 5 strangers together for this apartment by using a “roommate matchmaker” then when the lease was up, people moved out and put the responsibility to find new roommates on remaining tenets. The landlord and his workers were extremely rude and sexist at signings and at repairs- would only want to talk to the men in the house. Things in the bathroom constantly broke and it took forever to get anyone over for a repair. They also allowed two people to live down in the basement when it was not legal.
Advice to owner:
Be to your women tenants and take responsibility for the apartment building when it needs fix’s, repairs and new tenets.
