    Landlord racist lives in building

    Pros:
    Railroad apartment original tin ceilings
    Cons:
    Landlord lives on first floor, no life spies on her tenants, monitor your guests. Cooks a smelly stew comes up from the vents don’t move here
    Advice to owner:
    Sell your building and move !
