    Not bad, not great

    Pros:
    Laundry, high ceilings
    Cons:
    Laundry is down in basement. Light isn’t always on so be careful walking down stairs
    Lights always on in entry hall, who pays for that?
    Advice to owner:
    Get sensory lights for the basement and entry way.
