DO NOT LIVE HERE! WE HAD BEDBUG 3 TIMES!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Living here was a horrific nightmare with no positives to say.
Cons:
This building has a horrible horrible BEDBUG problem. We had an exterminator come three times and each time we had to pay to have our clothing sent out and our pets boarded away. We threw so much furniture away and spent thousands of dollars having to deal with this never ending problem. When we would ask management to help with other costs they would refuse. I can only hope that no one pays the $3,300 that they’re asking for. Please please please do not go through what I went through.
Advice to owner:
Care about the people that live in your building.

Only two apartments per floor, well maintained and painted.

Needs better waste management.
