Pretty good place to live
Former Tenant
Pros:
-nice apartment with large bedrooms -great kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a nice kitchen island
Cons:
-hallway was pretty dingy -no upgraded/ camera doorbell/security system -apartment is on a corner and not far from a hospital. LOTS of street noise -landlord was responsive, but you sometimes had to text him a few times. -yappy dogs lived on the third floor and could be hear throughout the building as of 2021. -no AC & no control of when heat would be turned on.
Advice to owner:
Put in a new virtual doorman system. Update the lobby of the building.
Get back to tenets more quickly for their security deposit, they should not have to come to you.
