Great block, nice neighbors

Pros:
never had to deal with pests or anything like that. units in good condition, feel fresh dishwasher in unit
Cons:
walls are thin. washer and dryer in building are convenient but nowhere near new, takes forever to dry anything. had some issues with leakage one week where it rained a lot, but more of an isolated incident than i had anticipated based on what I had heard from previous tenants
Advice to owner:
be more accessible to your tenants eg giving out contact info

Horrible, law-breaking management

Pros:
Relatively cheap rent, modern appliances, close to M train
Cons:
Artex management was HORRIBLE and failed to repair our broken HVAC system for 6+ months, in violation of housing law.
Advice to owner:
New management

Lived here in 2019 it did the job

Pros:
Nice light in apartment. New and updated. Safe and quiet.
Cons:
Backyard (when i lived there) could have been nice But there was no furniture or anything. We had some bugs on the 1st floor in the kitchen but nothing crazy and seemed seasonal.
