Good neighborhood quiet block
The electric heat and hot water resulted in 300 a month bills in the winter and that's just in an apartment hy myself

Clean, dishwasher, tub, quiet neighborhood (during the day)
Dryer doesn’t work! better to go down the street to do your laundry. Neighbors love to party all night hard to ignore !
