Good apartment, shady management.

Pros:
Nice location, good lighting, quiet street
Cons:
Management doesn't respond to complaints in a timely manner. Management is dismissive and and will overcharge you even when you agree to a certain rent. Management also consistently hikes rent significantly each year.
Advice to owner:
Respond to your emails and calls.

Fine apartment - but get ready for rent hikes and unresponsiveness

Pros:
Decent sink, floor , bathroom etc
Cons:
The management company is so horrible and it s a problem for everyone in the building. I’ve heard of them charging double rent , not accepting rent , raising rent over 50% . Just a total joke of a management company and you will never get anything fixed or answered in time.
Advice to owner:
Fire the management company - I thought the previous one was bad but the new one is 10x word
