Pros:
clean, relatively responsive landlord, flexible move in and move out, skylights on 3rd floor, roof access, large kitchen, large living room space, new-ish
Cons:
rent increase, one bathroom per unit, couple small things to fix up to make perfect
Advice to owner:
good neighborhood, keep authentic, don't gentrify
