Duke Management was great.
Former Tenant
Pros:
The super in 2020 was responsive. Not sure if it’s the same guy now. Duke has a very easy to use website to pay and request help if there’s any issue. Sent us the full deposit back without needing to be pushed. Enjoyed living here.
Cons:
Not sure about now, but in 2020 there were a fair amount of rats around the outside stairs and trash. May have been more at the time because the pandemic just began and generally rats were more of an issue than usual then.
