Updated units, great rooftop, front door problems with packages stolen

Pros:
Rooftop, high ceilings, updated throughout, AC split units in each room.
Cons:
No front door code, packages stolen, dirty halls, high rent increase every year
Advice to owner:
Better security and stop increasing the rent so drastically

Good location, nice roof top, management is unsupportive

Pros:
Roof top, privacy in the back of the building, dishwashers, new appliances, big bath tub, laundry in building, great location, close to the train, newly renovated
Cons:
Management was strict, unsupportive, only cares about money, blames the tenant for normal wear and tear of the apartment. Management uses intimidation tactics to get more money.

Leaks in the building, management said they cannot fix the leak. Basement flooded. No elevator.

Very noisy block

Pros:
Renovated, has dishwasher
Cons:
The block its on has noise from all sides and all hours of the day, loud construction site noise starting at 7am, mechanic garage that works every day incl weekends and blasts loud music from car speakers at night, and extremely loud club that plays heavy base music that shakes the walls until the early hours of the morning.
Advice to owner:
Rent prices should reflect noise level.
