My worst experience so far
Former Tenant
Pros:
cheap, close to train station, cute neighborhood
Cons:
multiple management companies throughout the year, at one point had gas turned off by one of the management companies, unhoused people sleeping near the entrance to the basement, inconsistent garbage pick up, occasional roach sighting

Not worth it at all
Former Tenant
Pros:
Free wifi. Nothing else.
Cons:
Rats, neighbors, theft, unlocked front door, people literally stealing tvs from common area, took their sweet time with security deposit that they ghosted me on and then gave it to me 7months later after i left a review on BBB
Advice to owner:
Stop giving people random homeless people to live with

Great amenities but lack of privacy
Former Tenant
Pros:
Free laundry, roof and backyard access
Cons:
Thin walls and floors so conversations carry. Able to hear neighbors walking and talking when they are in a separate unit.
Advice to owner:
Something with the floors or wall due to thinness and how every sound carries

Great building Horrible management
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building it’s quite modern. Co-living / shared apartments. Weekly cleanings free Wi-Fi and community room.
Cons:
The walls & flooring In this building are super hollow. For example when it is raining you can hear it through the walls also, you can hear every move in our halls and stairwells from inside our private rooms.
We have a recycling system for trash yet management does not stay on top of it so garbage is usually spilling over in front of our building.
And lastly we have no landlord ON-site or close by to check on the property to ensure agreements/rules made with the lease are being upheld .
Advice to owner:
My advice to this property owner would be ... to Have an on-site landlord to monitor activities, to ensure that the lease agreement is being followed. If we cannot have one that lives on site we should have one that visits every week if not once a month. And lastly we should have pest inspections for every month seeing that this location is a revolving door for tenants.
